Biscoff cheesecake

Source: excellent dessert with no oven, no condensed milk, no gelatin, no flour, it drives me crazy! tasty @ Quick Simple & Delicious on youtube.

Ingredients:

240g biscoff/ Lotus biscuits

75g melted butter

350g cream cheese

400g Lotus biscoff spread

40g powdered sugar (optional)

230ml whipping cream

Instructions:

Put the biscuits in the blend and blend untill it's all power.

Add the melted butter

Put part of the mixture aside for garnish.

Put the mixture in a round baking tin with removable bottom.

Use a spoon to smoothen the bottom.

Mix the cream cheese with the biscoff spread.

mix in the whipping cream.

Pour the mixture into the baking tin.

Put in the fridge for 1 hour.

Melt the rest of the biscoff spread and pour it over the cheescake.

Put back in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Put the garnish on the cake.

Remove the cake from the tin and serve.

Resting time : 60 minutes
